NYS Department of State Fire Safety - Kids' Room

The Council of Departments Educational Services ( C.O.D.E.S.) is a cooperative effort by nine fire departments (Baldwinsville, Belgium Cold Springs, Cody, Lakeside, Lysander, Moyers Corners, Plainville, Phoenix and Seneca River) in the northern section of Onondaga County that have united to present a uniform program of fire prevention and safety.  The program is centered in the Baldwinsville Central School District and is expected to expand throughout the northern part of Onondaga County.
